Pastor Darren Facen began his involvement in ministry in 1995, first as a worship leader and Minister of Music. He was licensed as a Minister in 2000 and in 2009 completed requirements for ordination. He served at Power House Ministries of Marshall Mo. under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Charles Stephenson Sr. & later Senior Pastor Charles Stephenson Jr. in various ministry capacities for approximately 20 years.
In 2010 Pastor Facen and his family were inspired by God to relocate to Rolla Mo., where he continued his work in ministry, joining the New Dimensional Christian Ministry (NDCM) of Rolla Mo.
In 2011 Pastor Facen completed course work in Ministerial Training and in 2012 was appointed to the position of Asst. Pastor at NDCM under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Vincent Hodge. In 2014 he was assigned as Senior Pastor at New Dimensional Christian Ministries Inc.(NDCM) of Rolla Mo.
Pastor Facen is the father of 4 wonderful children, and husband of Evangelist Terri Facen, his lovely wife of 27years. Currently, Pastor Facen serves as Senior Pastor of NDCM along with his wife as Co-Pastor and Worship Leader. Most importantly he is a God-fearing man who loves the Lord and has dedicated his life to serving God.

Evangelist Terri Facen is the Co-Pastor at New Dimensional Christian Ministry with her husband Darren. She began her call to ministry over 20 years ago in music ministry and has continued to grow in several other aspects of ministry. She strives to live her life dedicated to living by example and encouraging men and women how to live up to their full potential in Christ, which enables her to reach others with humor, warmth, transparency, and strength. She is a wife, mother, teacher, and mentor.
Evangelist Facen has been happily married over 26 years to her college sweetheart, Pastor Darren. They are the proud parents of four children; Damaris, Darius, Tahrea, and Tiras.

Assistant Pastor Terrell is the husband of Sis. Ureasta Terrell and father to two boys, Amari and Kingston Terrell. Early years, he had been reared in his Christian faith through the early influence of his maternal grandfather, Elige Moore. He is a native of Kansas City, MO, and graduate of Southern University A&M College. After college, he found employment in Rolla, MO. While in the Rolla area, he found family, home, and a renewed hope in his Christian journey. He started serving in ministry over 10 years ago here at NDCM. He currently served as the Assistant Pastor of New Dimensional Christain Ministry.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri Elder Dionne Kelley is the oldest child of Clarice and the late Archie Roseman III. From her earliest memory, she was taught about God’s love and salvation from the strong influence and commitment of her grandmother who prophesied her destiny in ministry at a very young age. She received Christ as her personal Savior in June of 1985. Elder Kelley graduated from the Southeast School of Nursing Diploma in Girardeau, Missouri. She has been a Nurse for 23 years working in multiple areas of healthcare including Cardiac Care, Psychiatric Services, Rehabilitation, on the Post areas of healthcare including Cardiac Care, Psychiatric Services, Rehabilitation, on the Post Immunization Team of GWACH in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and currently as the Medical Coordinator for the Phelps County Sheriff Dept. Medical Division. She is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration.
While employed at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau Missouri she crossed paths with “the one God prepared for her”
when she met and later married her partner in life and ministry Deacon Jack Kelley. The two have been one for 19 years and are the proud parents of two children, Brian Austin and Jessica Marieand four grandchildren Kinley (8), Kyson (7), Kreah (5), and Kalum (4 months).
Elder Kelley; under the guidance of Elder Mary Ann Pulley and later teaching and mentoring of Pastor Vincent Hodge was licensed by Overseer Bishop Michael L. Collins and Senior Pastor Elder Vincent J. Hodge, to teach/preach the gospel in October 2011. In June 2013, under the direction of Pastor Hodge, she was ordained by Bishop Michael L. Collins, Overseer NDCM, and Bishop Nelson K. Williams, presiding prelate of the United C F International to the appointment of Elder. Brother and Sister Kelley operate in ministry as a team and have both served in various capacities for the Kingdom of God to include the Praise and Worship Team, Sound and Video Chair, Secretary and Church Administrator, Hospitality and Community Outreach Chairperson, Sunday School Teacher, Education and Youth Administrators and are the co-founders of the online radio station Journey-Radio.
Elder Kelley has an incredible passion for God’s word combined with a love for God’s people. She has a contagious spirit of generosity that flows through every facet of her ministry. Having received her mandate from God, Elder Kelley, obediently fulfills her calling to teach the Word with simplicity, truth, and love understanding that “head knowledge has little effect without heart knowledge”.
Elder Harris is married to his lovely wife, Minister Valarie D Harris. They have three beautiful children, Melynie, Amber, Tyrone II. Elder Harris was ordained as a Deacon in 1994 and served as Armor-Bearer, Brotherhood President, and Choir Member while attending Greater Faith Apostolic Church. He was ordained as Minister in 2004 while faithfully serving at Victorious Ministries. During his time at Victorious Ministries, he served as part of Outreach Minister, Prison Ministry, Adult Sunday Teacher, Church Grounds Superintendent, and Multimedia Department Head. He later was ordained as an elder in 2008.
In 2011 Elder Harris and his family joined the Manna Fest Destiny Ministries under the leadership of Elder Charles Quinn, where he later in 2014 ordained as Associate Pastor while continuing to serve as the head of the Community Outreach & Evangelism, Multimedia Department, Facilities Superintendent, and
Church Multimedia Department, Facilities Superintendent, and Church Security Officer up until Dec 30, 2018. During the final weeks of 2018, Lord spoke to Elder Harris and told him it was time to begin a new chapter in his journey with Him which required him and his family to depart from Manna-Fest Destiny. At the start of 2019, after visiting various churches in the community, the Lord led them to Rolla where they began to worship with New Dimensional Christian Ministry. On May 19, 2019, the Lord Planted Elder and Minister Harris at New Dimensional Christian Ministry. Under the leadership and mentoring of Pastor Darren and Evangelist Terri Facen.
